Anthony Kosasih is an Independent Commissioner and currently serves on the Board of Directors of GMI. He is one of the Co-Founder Jurnal, a cloud-based accounting software company in 2011 and served as its Chief Operating Officer. He was recognized by Forbes Asia in 2020 as one of the Top 30 under 30 awardees for his contribution to the development of Jurnal Accounting.

In 2014, he merged his company and he changed his company to Mekari, which is headquartered in Jakarta. Mekari provides accounting, payroll, and HR software solutions for small and medium sized businesses and has a customer base of over 200,000 and a staff of 2,500 employees.
